Your Will

If you would like to leave a gift in your will to the Directors Charitable Foundation you may like to take these suggested legacy clauses with you when seeing your solicitor:

 Specific legacy

I leave to The Directors Charitable Foundation of 4th Floor, 22 Stukeley Street, London WC2B 5LR Charity Registration Number: 1168715 the sum of £ (to be completed) (amount in words) for its general purposes and I direct that the receipt of the Honorary Treasurer or other duly authorised officer shall be a sufficient discharge to my executors.

Residuary legacy

I leave to The Directors Charitable Foundation of 4th Floor, 22 Stukeley Street, London WC2B 5LR Charity Registration Number: 1168715 (proportion of residue to be completed) for its general purposes and I direct that the receipt of the Honorary Treasurer or other duly authorised officer shall be a sufficient discharge to my executors.
