DIRECTORS SUPPORT SCHEME
AND
DIRECTORS THERAPY SUPPORT

Please read the Guidance for Applicants (click above) before proceeding

The Directors Support Scheme (DSS) offers emergency help to directors and dependents of deceased directors in acute need and is also designed for short-term support. It is not suitable for those in need of long-term, continuous assistance. In such cases it is best to contact the Foundation directly. The DSS is not for use as a source of funding for creative projects.

Directors Therapy Support (DTS)  offers up to three free or discounted online sessions with a professional therapist if a director is in financial need and is also designed for short-term support. Please click here for further details.

Note: you can apply for either of the two schemes, or for both.

There is currently a one year limitation on re-applying to the DSS. Whether or not you are awarded a grant, you are welcome to re-apply one year after your last application.  The Directors Support Scheme will provide grants from £100 to £1000. All decisions are final.

You must report all household income and costs. Where two directors are living in the same household, only one award will be made.

The information requested below will be used solely to enable DCF to assess your application and will be held securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy. DCF will not disclose the name of any applicant without that applicant’s consent. All applicants should receive a decision from the Schemes’ Panel within 21 working days of our receipt of the application.  We do not generally require supporting evidence but we do assume that applications are made in good faith. By submitting an application, you warrant to us that the information provided by you is accurate to the best of your knowledge and belief.

We welcome applications from those who are eligible for the Schemes but, if you do not provide sufficient information, we will not be able to consider your application. (NB Fields marked with * are manditory.)
