Inspiring the Future

Inspiring the Future in partnership with DCF facilitates careers talks to schools in England, including those in low social mobility areas, who aim to inspire children with role models from different sectors.

Since our partnership began in 2022, directors have given careers talks to nearly 2000 students.

Directors are invited to attend a range of school sessions, such as talks at assemblies, careers days and ‘What’s My Line’ where children try to guess the director’s role, by asking a range of questions.

Inspiring The Future are especially keen to invite sessions from diverse directors (gender/race/class/disability etc) to whom the young people can easily relate - “If you can see it, you can be it”.
