The Directors Charitable Foundation (DCF) is the charity for the UK’s screen and stage directors. We have two aims:
To support and help directors in need (see Directors Support Scheme and Mental Health).
To inspire young people from all backgrounds - particularly from those who are currently under-represented in the directing profession - to consider a career as a director (see Get Directing!).
DCF is run by Trustees who are directors themselves, so we understand the needs of directors.
